Underwriters work with our customers to understand the risks associated with their daily lives. They will then help them manage those risks so that they can get on with doing what they do best with the confidence that their businesses, assets or personal possessions are protected.
From day one you will be plunged into an intensive two-year programme that kicks-off
with the first month together as a group in London on a global induction. This is followed
by a challenging role, exam study and sponsorship, ongoing performance coaching and technical workshops. Throughout this time you have access to a host of support services such as development and career planning to achieve your potential.
