We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant on our Fast Track accelerated development programme. The programme is designed to develop people’s leadership capabilities across a dynamic 2 year programme, offering great career progression in terms of diversity and pace. As well as tailored leadership training and job based learning we will ensure you have exposure to senior leaders including global networking opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

 

- Contributing to the development and delivery strategic planning to ensure development and delivery of Resourcing initiatives to meet staffing requirements. 

- Collaborating with the business to help identify scope and define and plan the current and future staffing needs to enable delivery of business objectives. 

- Developing and delivering creative recruitment and selection approaches to support the business to attract engage with and recruit the “best” people at the “right time” to meet business objectives. 

- Leading the delivery of recruitment programmes to support business objectives and ensure consistency and quality of approach.

- Researching and benchmarking “best practice” knowledge and understanding to support development of Resourcing initiatives and enable delivery of expert advice and guidance to HRBP and the business. 

- Managing supplier relationships to ensure delivery of high quality, consistent recruitment, and assessment services on a regional/local basis.


Knowledge and Skills Required for this Role:

 

- Qualified professional: Psychologist
 
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and management of Phycological Tests .
 
- Between 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment processes
 
- Excellent interpersonal skills
 
- Ability to understand and use relevant data and numerical information.
 
- Advanced English Level
